This Ramadhan, Contango welcomes diners to its buka puasa spread with special attention on classical Malay cuisine unlike other restaurants. Deep fried prawns, Penang Laksa, Satay, Kari Tenggiri, and Kambing Kuzi will set to take the limelight. Tauhu Bakar, Teresek Jantung Pisang, Botok-Botok, Kerabu Ikan Pekasam Daun Selom are some of the rare Malay dishes that will be served at the buffet. An assortment of definitive dishes such as Udang Galah Sambal Tempoyak, Ayam Kerutuk, Opor Daging, Rendang Itik, Singgang Tulang and many more are specially prepared to bring you back to the Malay roots. The desserts comprise of many famous Raya cookies and Kuih to finish your feast.
