Salero Negori
This quaint restaurant depicts Minang style of dining where dishes are put in small saucers as per order. They use the famous Negeri Sembilan slang of pronouncing Selera Negeri, which means, the appetite and taste of the local people. The traditional plate of white rice is accompanied by robust dishes such as Masak Lomak Daging Salai, Ayam Kampung Goreng, Gulai Daging Kawah and a variety of fresh Ulam to pair with Sambal Lado Hijau are displayed right in front of the restaurant. You can taste the authenticity of the dishes with the original ‘salai’ or smoke aroma, free range chicken and fresh vegetables all daily prepares and cooked. The small restaurant is located in a shop lot area which caters many lunch crowds. The simple antique and kampong setting of the interior of the restaurant brings traditional vibe to enhance your dining experience.
