The Hickory BBQ Spare Ribs here at Morganfield’s in Sunway Pyramid is largely known as the bestseller at the restaurant, and it’s no surprise why. To begin with, the ribs are marinated and smoked with hickory wood overnight to properly infuse a strong smoky flavour. Then, its slow baked in an oven for at least three hours to get the “fall off the bone” texture and consistency. Just before serving, the ribs are then grilled to get nice and crispy char marks on the top of the ribs. Your first bite into this will be an absolute treat because of the different textures and strong smoky flavour that are present in the dish.

Located at Taipan, USJ and famous for horrendous parking, Las Carretas is a Mexican restaurant that serves good margaritas and food. Its chocolate brownie is decent; moist and warm. However, the heat from the brownie would accelerate the rate of melting for the ice cream, hence, eat quick! Drizzled with chocolate sauce, it’s a great ending to your meal.More info
