The glorious signature Skippy Salad is topped with lots of bacon, lettuce, sun dried tomatoes and a handful of lemon mayonnaise. A simple salmon salad with roasted sesame sauce to compliment their array (usually 16 different sushi rolls per day) of sushi rolls. Fresh salmon, lettuce, cherry tomatoes and a generous spread of roasted sesame sauce - pretty stragiht-forward. Healthy, light and absolutely refreshing.

This plate of delicious Thai Pork Neck & Green Mango Salad is served with grilled marinated pork neck with green mango and pomelo, mint leaves, cilantro, spring onions, and several other Thai leaves, tossed with a light and fragrant coconut dressing and finished with shards of crispy pork skin.
