This is not the creamy version or those that are flooded with butter, but merely using salted egg yolk and very palatable! Tucked away at the end of an alley, amidst shophouses and night pubs, is Restoran Aunty Fatso, also known as “Madam Fatso”. This light creamy looking crab tasted just about right and it leaves you with a mellow mouthfeel on every bite! Otherwise, Kam Heong Crab here is equally tasty too!

However, there’s literally no gravy for this dish but for what is worth, the crab meat is soft and scrumptious!

While this place is famed for nasi lemak, the regulars here usually place an order for the chef recommended Black Pepper Crab too. The crab meat itself is sufficiently moist, with an extremely thick black peppery sauce, much more like a paste, and makes a delicious accompaniment even with just a portion of white rice!
