As the name suggests, this place is great for both coffee and desserts. They offer a diverse selection of pastries and cakes that goes really well with their choice of beans. Most of the desserts are leaning towards a sweeter end, but the coffee does help tone it down. For those who aren't too big fan of coffee, you can also go for their range of signature homeblend mocktails.

Do you love ice cream? Well, if you do, then Sunny Hill may have some treat for you. Apart from their regular soft serve served on a cone or cup, do try their ice cream sandwich instead. It's not entirely that new as it is a representation of what we had as a child - 3 scoops of rainbow ice cream on a hotdog bun. Only now it's with soft serve instead. Pretty good.

Nitrogen ice cream anyone? Yes, at Cloud 99 Ice Cream Cafe, you'll get to witness the birth of your very own ice cream with simply milk, flavourings and some icy liquid nitrogen. Stirring it in on a mixer and allowing the ice cream to form, they can pretty much make any flavoured ice cream in an instance. It's also smooth, rich and well packed with flavour. Oh, don't forget that sprinkles as well. 

If you love waffles, then you're gonna love Dot Waffles and Dessert Cafe. With more than 5 different variations and 6 more different toppings to choose from, it wouldn't be surprising if you were to stand by the counter for more than 5 minutes thinking what to order. However, to assists you guys on this, just go for the standard waffle with ice cream dusted with crushed oreos - that is absolutely delicious.

Portico Patisserie is home to great cakes. Nothing too extravagant about it, just really awesome cakes. Everything is made from scratch by their team of talented bakers and are done as fresh as possible. With so many different flavours to choose from, having one of each slice doesn't seem to bad now isn't it? Also, don't forget to go for their coffee as well.

Riding on the trend of chewable tapioca balls from Taiwan, Zen Q Desserts is set to bring out the best of them in their series of icy cold bowl desserts. One that is packed with balls, shaved ice, and various other toppings depending on what you order. 

Tang Ren Dessert House is a fairly simple place that sells traditional Chinese desserts. Nothing too fancy, just dishes like red bean soup, herbal jelly, mango jelly and some fried local pastries. They all go well with some soya bean milk which is also offered by them. It's simple, affordable and delicious - if you're craving for them. 

Do not let the appearance of Sukha Cafe fool you. They may look fairly rustic and hipster-ish, but their menu is well consisted of both local and western delights. As for their desserts, their waffles are well worth the try - even if it is with a piece of fried chicken. Yes, fried chicken, waffles and some maple syrup goes hand in hand. A savoury dessert to say the last and a great one at that.

UFO Desserts and Drinks is another hot spot for desserts that offers Taiwanese balls and various chewables in a bowl. You can get items such as herbal jelly, grassjelly, mochi, red beans, small jelly, big jelly and hell, pretty much all kinds of jellies are available here. The place is also pretty tight but quiet, and will make a great place for a date.

Creamy Frost is known as an ice cream parlour set in a rather village-like neighbourhood. This humble hut has no aircond, only fan and the only way to cool down is to order some of their icy favourites. Be it the ice cream, ice blended or simply a cold refreshing drink, they have it all. Oh, don't slurp it down too quickly, you don't wanna get a brainfreeze from this.
