Best Fried Rice in Port Dickson

Previously known as P.D. Eating Point, the restaurant was and still is one of PD's most frequented restaurants for classic local favourites. That includes our spotlight dish, fried rice. The take on the dish here is simple and straight-forward. Perhaps it is that simplicity that accentuates the homeliness and wholesomeness that essentially instituted this dish.

Restoran Port Dickson is located nearby Thistle Hotel, and is usually packed with both locals and tourists. The restaurant is not only reasonably priced but also very accessible. Food is commendable which is the main factor of returning patrons. Instead of pairing your Chinese dishes with plain white rice, kick it up a notch by ordering some fried rice instead. 

Whipping up affordable local delights is neither new nor uncommon at Pak Lang Kopitiam. The utmost important highlight is that the local eatery is a big hit for local hawker dishes. Pak Lang is particularly famous for an authentic Malaysian breakfast. While we don't recommend fried rice for breakfast as it's a rather heavy meal, we are not one to stop anyone because where there is good food, indulge away.

Restoran Yun Long Seafood has managed to garner a fine reputation for itself over all these years. The restaurant's signature dish is the hotpot meehoon but we gotta divert some attention off it unto our favourite fried rice. Portion is generous and the rice is cooked perfectly. Not too soft and slightly springy. As for the other dishes, be sure to check out the salted egg prawns as well as steamed fish.

With ample choices of Chinese restaurants in the area, Restoran Pantai Ria stands out as it is a Chinese Muslim eatery that offers amazing food. That being said, you can expect lots of patrons here waiting to be seated. Pantai Ria is arguably the best Chinese-Muslim restaurant in town. If you're in the area, be sure to grab a portion of Chinese fried rice. The dish is not only generously portioned but also absolutely palatable.
