You could say that this would be a traditional culinary piece that’s whipped up or more like char-grilled mackerel up to perfection. Its texture and colour is on point giving a lightly crisp sides for a crunchy feel. Rested on a bed of sauteed vegetables and mashed yam for a sweet juicy touch. Topped with lemon slices and a stem of thyme leaves for a finishing touch to give that freshly hint of zest. Accompanied with sambal and mango chutney as the side sauce to your meal. Asia Cafe
This dish is no stranger especially to students and workers around SS15 where it is famous for its grilled fish with a twist as it is done in a Portuguese style. Similar to how the fish is burnt, it is topped with a dark sweet sour sauce. Also not forgetting the additional chopped okras and long beans for extra vitamins and minerals as well as balancing out the meal. The dish is prepared once ordered so it may take a short while to prepare the meal but it is all in your moneys’ worth for this one.

Terazza Brassire
You’ll definitely love this version of the ikan bakar. Not to mention that the fish is evenly seasoned well. Also applauding a very chic and simple presentation with red and green veg spread around each fish painting a colourful character embers a bright and perky character. The fish only slightly charred giving a hint of that burnt taste as compared to the usual ikan bakar dish where it is more charred. So, to those who prefer their fish not so burned, Terazza Brassire would be a good choice for your next destination. So try venturing to Terazza for a good and classy meal but do bear in mind, with great class comes a great cost.
