This dish is packed with an abundance of cheese on a halved lobster. Dig through the mess and you'll find yourself a deliciously sweet piece of lobster meat. Absolutely fresh and plump!

Maison Francaise
Maison Francaise is undeniably a luxurious place to dine. Designed to look like the pre-Victorian age, it is filled with a contrast of white, black and brown. Paintings can also be seen throughout the restaurant, which is pleasant and comforting. Just like their Grilled Slipper Lobster, it's both great to look at and to devour. Beautifully done skin-side up, the natural juices and sweetness of the lobster retains in the dish. It also comes with red bell pepper sauce.

Skillet at 163
Skillet at 163's unique take on the lobster cappuccino comes with a frothy and savoury broth that is highly addictive and flavourful. In the center, you'll find a stunning looking pineapple and cheese raviolo, finished with assam and mint. Visually, it looks absolutely stunning, flavour - divine. The richness and depth of flavour is unmatched. In any case, the ravioli itself taste similar to assam laksa, but that is mainly because of the herbs used. A great appetiser and definitely one to die for.
