    Paya Serai

Paya Serai is without a doubt, a more 'atas' or upper-class place to have a humble mee rebus. Do not be fooled, the thick gravy is made with bones, hence the name 'Mee Rebus Tulang'. The gravy is not only rich and flavourful,  but perfumes an aromatic scent as well. In short, it's a luxurious version of a humble mee rebus.
