Previously located at Straits Quay, Five27 has now cavorted to the bustling Chulia Court, yet their delectable menu stays as it is. Eye-catching interiors greet your attention at first, terracotta tiles, nostalgic arts and lights and several dining segments, visually appealing and vividly bedecked. Fish lovers, opt for their Pan Seared Salmon. The delightfully cooked fish with crispy skin and tender flesh sits on orbits of honey and dill mustard sauce where planets of greens add a layer of crunch. Baby potatoes with balsamic caramelised onions accompany the platter. If Tuna is your pick, Japanese Tataki Tuna Salad would be great, pan seared fresh tuna covered with sesame seeds and served with mixed greens, boiled egg and ponzu sauce dressing.

Among the most vaunted restaurants in Penang, Mizi Bistro serves hearty portions of Western fare that are easy on the wallet and joy to the palate. If fish is what your belly screams for, there are plenty of sauces and toppings to pamper your fillet, where Pan-seared Fish Fillet Polonaise tops the chart.
