Serai
Serai's version of the pisang goreng certainly is more luxurious than the conventional ones sold at any stall. The taste and texture of the batter, is definitely a step above the rest. Light, crispy and packed with a good amount of flavour, the piping hot pisang goreng goes amazingly well with a scoop of vanilla ice cream, to counter and balance out the dish.
