One of the star dishes at the famous Retaurant Nam Chun, the popiah is said to be quite appetising and is a local favourite. This spring roll's skin is fairly crisp and is not too thick to distract from the flavourful fillings. Also, the fillings can get to be quite generous too and that is what everyone loves. The restaurant is your good ol' coffee shop (kopitiam) and is usually very crowded, so be prepared to wait for a table or share a table. Parking can be quite troublesome in this area. Other foods to look out for includes
their famous Laksa, Chicken Rice, Kai Si Hor Fun, Penang Fried Kuay Teow, and Sarawak Kolo Mee.
