One of their signature dishes is the Vietnamese spring roll, a hearty appetiser wrapped in bánh tráng (rice paper) filled with carrot, lettuce, pork and vermicelli. It has a nice chewy bite, and tastes even better with a dip of sweet chilli sauce.
