Best Ramadan Bazaars in Klang Valley

Written by Updated ago

It’s that time of the year again. The month of Ramadan has finally descended upon us all and with it, we welcome the comforting knowledge that the usual Ramadan bazaars will be unfolding its colourful umbrellas and presenting oh-so-glorious food to us. Regardless of whether you are fasting or not, everybody loves good-ole-Ramadan bazaars. Everyone gets a chance to be let off work early so working moms who don’t have time to cook for their families can just take away a few meals here, students staying in hostels can buy their favourite rendang and foreigners lucky enough to visit Malaysia this time of the year can have a taste of Malaysian culture in one complete package. We have covered the halal buffets plus the Ramadan buffets previously. And since there are about 2 weeks left of Ramadan, so why don’t you make a to-do list for the must-visit Ramadan bazaars according to this list? But, a word of advice, make your way from 4 to 5pm to these bazaars to avoid disappointment!

Rankings of all participants as visible on our listings are solely voted by you, our beloved readers. With that said, we would encourage you to please vote for your preferred participants in order to ensure their rightful positions ranking-wise on our portal. Thank you!

If there is one word to describe Section 13’s bazaar, that word will be “extensive”. Aside from the fact that it is situated near Stadium Malawati, the bazaar is also arguably the king of bazaars in Selangor with a total of about 200 stalls. The magnitude of its size is enough to earn comparisons with most prominent Bazaars. You can find almost every single kind of buka puasa food imaginable in this bazaar, from Ayam Golek to the rare appearance of Satar (a sort of grilled fish paste) in a Ramadan Bazaar. So much is going on at this bazaar that your eyes will feel like rolling to the back of your head in order to view everything. After all, hearing about this from one source isn't enough, as the bazaar has also garnered much attention from an Astro Awani viewers' poll.
