The owner learned his duck roasting techniques from numerous sifus in Hong Kong, where the name comes from. If you’re little late, you’ve got to wait while being teased by a row of ducks with appealing mahogany colour, thanks to the slow charcoal roasting process. The skin is resoundingly crispy yet utterly tender inside with punch of smoky flavours. It’s habitually paired with fragrant rice slathered with dark soy sauce and chili dipping.
