Nothing like a perfectly grilled piece of salmon on a bed of potato wedges and sauteed vegetables. After all, the key to a good salmon steak lies within the freshness. Skin is done to crispy perfection while keeping the flesh moist and succulent. It is also perfectly seasoned skin side up. Served with a delicious homemade aioli.
