Qunkee Biscuit
Otherwise known as Khuen Kee Biscuit, this old confectionery shop has been around for 40 years - since 1975! Although they are primarily known for their signature kaya kok (kaya puff), Qunkee’s Hong Kong-style egg tarts are also exceptionally good. The pastry shell of each is full of flaky goodness, while the egg custard in the centre simply taste divine. There’s another type that comes with meat floss topping. As weird as it sounds, the combination of savoury meat floss and creamy sweetness of egg custard surprisingly goes well with each other!
