No doubt, the spiciness of this dish is levelled up thanks to him. 

Bearing at a normal rate of spiciness, Kari Berapi is definitely spicy, but worry-not folks, it is still manageable. The redness of the broth it portrays will kick your taste bud a little with its curry flavoured paste. Just a heads up, do eat it in a jiff as the noodles are quick in slurping in the soup, or else they will grow as twice as the original size!
