Boat noodles or traditionally known as kuai tiao ruea in Thailand has is a bombshell of a noodle dish that brings Thai elements in one of the most unique experiences in Kuala Lumpur. Lucky for us, KL is known to host some of the tastiest boat noodles around. It is a hearty broth of noodles with dark soy sauce, pickled bean curd, and a lot of spices that make this just irresistible.
