Boat noodles or traditionally known as kuai tiao ruea in Thailand has is a bombshell of a noodle dish that brings Thai elements in one of the most unique experiences in Kuala Lumpur. It is a hearty broth of noodles with dark soy sauce, pickled bean curd, and a lot of spices that make this just irresistible.
