Haikara Style Café & Bakery
Haikara Style is a Japanese-themed café & bakery that serves a variety of Japanese pastries, mains and coffee. One of their signature, which is the Haikara Style Cheese Cake, has been well received by the public. The cheese cake itself features a crème-brulee-torched on the surface which gives it added texture and flavour. Though the base could’ve been a tad crustier, it would’ve been perfect!More info- Closed Now

Jibby & Co.
Jibby & Co could possibly be one of the most popular or well-heard-of café within the Subang Jaya vicinity. Probably due to the massive sharing and photo-tagging on social media platforms. Serving good coffees and cakes, they’re definitely part of the best cheesecake in Subang Jaya!More infoJibby & Co View restaurant

T Forty Two
T Forty Two’s concept is pretty similar to TWG’s. Hi-Tea with brunch menus, tea and light pastries. Even the choice of location is pretty similar, either in a concourse or next to an atrium or void (somewhere with lots of natural light). In which they also serve quite a remarkable plate of cheesecake. This time, circular in shape. Rich, savory, creamy and balanced in flavour with a tinge of lemon on top. Alongside its beautifully baked base-biscuit.More infoT Forty Two View restaurant

Upstair's Cafe Certified
halalOpened of several years now and has been serving one of the most affordable coffee and cakes in Subang Jaya. Not only do they sell a Mint Chocolate Brownie for RM3 per piece, they also have one of the best Red Velvet Cake in the neighborhood. Apart from that, they also offer a pretty decent Raspberry Cheesecake. With the cheese falling slightly on the milkier side as compared to most cheesecake available. The cake was well balanced between the cheese and the Raspberry sauce but the biscuit crust was a tad too thin.More infoUpstairs Cafe View restaurant

View in Google Maps Rach
The most obvious thing to note about the New York cheesecake from Rach is that it's plated very well. The sides are cut perfectly even, the glaze on the top is well coated with no spills on the side of the cake. As far as textures are concerned, the cheese base is very smooth and creamy, which work well with the drier and more crumbly nature of the cake base. This combination sets up a rich dish. In terms of flavour, there is a great balance of sweetness and richness within the cheese base.

TJ Haus
A humble and warm café located on the upper floor. Though the ground floor banner could’ve been a little bit bigger – it was pretty hard to find. For the local “Subang-ites” however, it has been a household name for many when it comes to “western food”. Aside from their famous chicken chop or lamb shank, they do offer quite a decent cheese cake. Creamy, rich with a nice jelly-layer on top. The crust at the bottom was pretty crusty and robust as well.More infoTJ Haus View restaurant

Whisk Espresso Bar & Bake Shop
The cheesecake served at Whisk might have a slight identity crisis. Not knowing whether ‘it’ is a pecan pie, walnut cake or cheesecake. Well, might as well have them all combined, which was precisely what it felt like to us. Despite the identity crisis, it concluded pretty well with an interesting play on texture rather than taste. Although the layer of cheese was relatively thin as compared to the ratio of other ingredients, it packs quite a punch. Rich, sweet and creamy.More infoWhisk Espresso Bar + Bake Shop View restaurant

Coffea Coffee
Coffea Coffee has gained recognition since its debut. Serving not only good and aromatic coffee, but cakes as well. The Lemon Cheesecake was no different either. Beautifully portioned cheese to biscuit ratio, dusted with oats. That resulted in a cheesecake with an increase in texture and a balance of flavour.More infoCoffea Coffee @ SS15 View restaurant

MyEspresso Cafe
As Malaysians, we love our durians. Though not many might agree that durian is possibly the best fruit in the world, we would still like to believe it is. But who would’ve thought to put durian and cheese, both which are quite heavy in flavour, together as one? That person must be a genius. Regardless of the mess on the surface, the durian was rather pungent – almost overpowering the cheese. However, with the help of the almonds and biscuit, it was quite balanced at the end.More infoMyespresso Cafe @ Subang Jaya View restaurant

Dome Cafe
Dome has been around for quite some time – almost or more than 10 years at present. In addition to their famous Gourmet Chicken/Beef Pie, they also offer a wide selection of cakes and coffee. Most of which are quite standard. The raspberry cheesecake was no exception. Though the cheese was slightly thick and course, the flavour works well with the raspberry and biscuit.More infoDome Cafe @ Subang Jaya View restaurant

Souka Bake Shop
Most cheesecakes are simply cakes infused with cheese. Souka's take on the cheesecake is an interesting one because it combines the simplicity of a Mars bar with an already tasty dessert delight. The cake is light and holds itself together with a firm base to keep everything together while the chocolate Mars bar adds an extra chocolate-y flavor to the mix. Any Mars bar lovers and cake enthusiast out there might consider giving it a tryMore infoSouka Bake Shop @ Subang View restaurant
