Sup Ekor, otherwise known as Oxtail soup in English, is a bowl of rich, savoury and flavourful soup that is made with oxtail and various other herbs and spices. The stock that contributes to the soup should also be filled with gamey goodness, alongside minty herbs and spices overtones, and the real deal is the meticulous boiling process that fuses all flavours together. If this restaurant is famous for anything, it will definitely be for its sup ekor and popiah, both of which compliments one another in this series of cuisine. Not only is the sup ekor packed with a good amount of seasoning and depth of flavour, it's also incredibly smooth and addictive. It might be oily to some but remember, those are what makes the soup naturally sweet. The popiah is also drench in a special homemade sauce, which goes really well with a bowl of sup ekor.
