VCR's take on our modern waffle is quite unique to say the least, and probably what you'll least expect. Known as the Potato Waffle, the batter is made from, of course potato, making it crisp yet chewy, along with a generous amount of sauteed mushroom, scatter of rosemary, a half-boiled egg and a scoop of chutney-like sambal. The dish does look incredibly simple but it is pretty enough for your eyes to feast. The delectable waffle marries marvellously well with a cup of coffee and the Instagram-worthy interior, rounding up a pleasant dining experience overall.
