Best Panna Cottas in KL

Written by Updated ago

Panna cotta originated from Italy and directly translated means 'cooked cream'. It is a type of pudding made out of sweetened dairy thickened with gelatine and moulded. It can be consumed right out of a cup, but it is more often unmoulded onto a plate and drizzled with rum, caramel, coffee, vanilla, or other flavourings, coupled with fresh fruit. A mouthful of panna cotta is delightfully creamy, dissolving in the mouth and blanketing over the tongue sans lumps or noticeable pieces.
